Big move for a Eritrean-Brit Mohamed Nasser Adams from the MLS to the Saudi premier league with one of the top clubs in Asia. Mo as he is known by his nickname and his last club the new franchise in the MLS separate ways mutually. Inter Miami CF announced that it has agreed to mutually terminate the contract of the very tough midfielder/defender. Mo who is 25, joined Inter Miami on December 17, 2021 after a trade from Atlanta United also in the MLS. The Eritrean via Nottingham, England where he grew up played a big role for Inter Miami of Major League Soccer (MLS). He started his career at Syracuse University, where he excelled in American college soccer for the Orangemen. Playing at the highest of levels of college soccer he showed his ability and got recognized quickly.
Eri-internationalsports followed this young man from his collegiate days as he also completed head to head with Eritrean national team player Ezana Kahsay who is currently playing in Poland.Mo is a great example and a hard working individual who should have been a big star as he performed at high levels in the MLS but the opportunity to play in Saudi Arabia, where he also has roots with a top notch team loaded with great players will be something to watch! He has been approached to play for Eritrea and with close proximity to his new club, him and some of our big stars will be able to join their brothers in Eritrea to formulate a strong squad soon.
Congratulations Mo! Great to see him grow into a top notch international player.
